Life is too short to drink regular coffee!This book on coffee represents the culmination of my journey through 65 countries, where I explored and experienced the diverse and unique flavors of coffee from around the globe. Over time, I developed a structured evaluation system to quantify and document these experiences, scoring each coffee on a scale of 1 to 10 across three primary categories: Flavor, Fragrance, and Force (Intensity).To date, I have tasted and meticulously rated over 2,000 different coffees using this method. While my two previous book covered coffees #1–500, and #501-1500, this volume continues the journey by documenting coffees #1000–2000.
